Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Abu Dhabi Global Market. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Abu Dhabi Global Market Courts.
